Due to unavoidable emergency work required by BT, to replace the main telephone line pole that serves our business property. Customers may experience some interruption to our phone lines!
The work is due to start at 10.30am on Wednesday 11th July 2018. We have been assured that at least some of our lines will be maintained for the duration of the work be carried out. However as the number of lines will be significantly reduced while the work is being carried out, it is possible that customers may experience some trouble reaching us by telephone.
It is also possible that our broadband line may be out of action for a short time, so please bear with us, and we will be sure to respond to any email communications as soon as possible.
We are not expecting the work to take more than 1-2 hours to complete, and have been assured that any downtime will be kept to a minimum. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused, and trust our customers will understand that this repair work is required, and if out of our control.
