Just up the road from Mark at KSV Vending HQ I am pleased to report a fresh brew cup of tea from touch button to cup in my hand was a tad over 30 seconds. No voice control on the new Flavia Creation 500 admittedly, but after eleven hours waiting for tea with a voice activated kettle you would have a job to speak anyway!
