Following government advice and in the health interests of our staff, customers, suppliers and the NHS. We have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily scale back our operations, furlough our staff and place them on the ‘Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme’ this will enable our staff to follow the guidelines, stay at home, and help with the fight against coronavirus to save lives.
The partners / directors will continue to run the business, monitor incoming communications, despatch orders and deal with incoming enquiries on a day to day basis. Also where possible we will aim to provide telephone technical support to our customers whose equipment develops a fault or breakdown. We hope to be able to offer our normal level of service just as soon as it is possible and safe to do so. But for now, we would ask for your understanding and forbearance in these unprecedented circumstances.
Our business will be here to support in any way we can through this difficult time and into the future. In the meantime please keep your family safe, and do anything you can to support your friends, neighbours, colleagues and indeed anyone you can.
