KSV Vending Upgrade to ISO9001 2015.

We have over 30 years’ experience of providing hot drink vending solutions, and with many original customers from the 1980’s still trading with us today, clearly here at KSV Vending there is a real pride in the standard of service we provide.

Back in 1998 we linked up with QMS International to develop a bespoke approved ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure the high standards we set ourselves can be continuously maintained and correctly monitored. ISO 9001 is a world wide recognised quality management system from the International Organisation for Standards (ISO), a major non-governmental body with currently 164 member Countries.

From our original Certification in 1998 ISO9001 has evolved and been refined to enable the changing needs and operation of global businesses, large and small to meet the expectation of their customers with a number of staged changes. Our original Registration evolved into ISO 9001 2000, then ISO9001 2008 and we have just received a new Certificate confirming the required changes made comply with the demands of ISO9001 2015 the very latest ISO Quality Management System.

KSV Vending will continue to evolve and react to the needs of the market, but the core values in place since we started over 30 years ago remain unchanged, thanks in part to our commitment to Quality Management.
